DESIGN OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE SPECIALTY «MUSIC ART» ON THE MATERIAL OF UKRAINIAN FOLKLORE
